GVSI will never go past 0.0500 after merger announcement. Even the merger is likely to be in a year and a half from now.

Who wouldn’t see that GVSI will eventually end up at 0.0010 and consolidate there for months? Its so obvious. A whole year just for the problem with FINRA to be solved is a very long time. 0.0010 will come eventually. Maybe trips.

WNFT is a total crap shot. I expect it to continue in the courts for years to come. No one on the NVSC wants to make a final decision on it. That's been too obvious so far.

I came back to check on this ticker, and wow... These copes are still occurring. Wild...

Serious question for you or anyone holding: if this were to rise in price to 2 cents over the course of a few weeks, for example...on news that was ok but nothing special.... would you sell and finally be done with the ticker? Or would you still hold on?

Are they selling $GVSI to switch into the other 3 shells? Seeing some volume and price improvement in the other 3 stocks, here, not so much.

Since it started the day at .0023, when you posted, I'd say there's strong possibility that you are already right. 🤪

I didn’t say that there will be a decision. If next week comes and there is NO decision or silence from GS, people will assume something went wrong or GS gave a wrong timeline again and they will dump it to 0.0024 once again.

What makes you so certain there will be a decision next week in the Calasse/WNFT case? Just because George said we should know in 60 days doesn't mean we will know in 60 days. George has been wrong in the past (most times) about timelines.

Ok, it's a baseless bash attack against Sharp's shells... next...

It can no longer be called a "bash attack" after the way Sharp has mishandled both GVSI & WNFT (not to mention his inability to get any type of deal on his one clean shell - SRNW). Sooner or later you have to stop calling it a "bash attack" and view it just as "the truth!"

Sharp stocks are down because he is a failure. Not one has a revenue producing business and FORW is a complete failure. Starsona Inc., Ligand Innovation Global and Maverick Energy Group, Ltd. all turned out to be worthless scams he brought into that shell.! (FORW since 2018 and nothing! )

Sharp stocks are down because the bashers are winning the battle. Longs are silent, but the bash attack is relentless.

I am not yet invested in FORW. However, i might buy some shares. Does anyone know why FORW was bleeding recently and if there is any problems with this shell or is it crystal clean?

To some, a closed deal doesn't even matter as they might not intend to hold long enough to find out, nor does a CEOs "credibility". But just ONE positive-sounding tweet, such as a new soon be be filed Form 10 (even if that one, also, has to be later withdrawn), should get the pps to rise and a new party started.

GS will never get a merger done in this type of dead market. He’s even admitted it but indirectly. He once said that no company is interested. He quoted: “the OTC is unattractive to legit companies at the moment”. If no news about the court being successful next week, WNFT will be a blood bath by Friday next week or the Friday after that, MAX. If that happens the other tickers will get affected by that for sure. But who cares, nothing will happen regarding an acquisition/merger for GVSI until September of next year and if the market turns around.

LMAO - if Sharp just gets one merger/acquisition done in 2024, all his other shells will explode higher. next...

WNFT not getting an acquisition/ merger by December, will send WNFT and FORW to 0.0024 and then GVSI will be at 0.0008. I know i will see this day in Winter.

Because i’ve been watching it daily for the past 4 years. The current PPS of 0.0024 is the new 0.0100 of 2022 and 2023.

One important point. Starting in 2022 and continuing to this day, all during the time period when he really started to get these deals done, the RM/Spac/Ipo market completely fell off a cliff. Came to a dead standstill with nothing getting done. So it's not all Sharps fault. The market completely shifted. But now with the Fed about to start a interest rate easing cycle that could finally change and deals will start getting done again.
