If there was a merger - Sharp would have settled with Calasse and he certainly wouldn't have withdrawn the Form 10.

Calasse has always been used as a excuse for no merger - it isn't a reason.

Ask Sharp why WNFT, SRNW and GVSI has filed a 15c2-11 so it won't be unsolicited quotes only.

It was a smear campaign by Sharp, he tried to bring up cocaine, affairs, and even tried to get Rosen to state his personal home address so Sharp could dox him on Twitter. It was bush league and sleazy, and at least his attorney seemed embarrassed by having to ask some of the questions.

My favorite part was at the 16:00 mark when Sharp asked to go off the record. Rosen goes "Georgie, cmon! You look so much fatter in person, Jesus!"
