It is true that other players need to be ready but that is not an excuse for the existing company state of affairs or lack of execution. They may have had to pivot with some of the providers but I assume his first few attempts fell flat.

The simple fact that the AI can’t provide links should be more than enough proof though that they are here to stir the pot and cause chatter. Over generalizations is a tell tale sign too.

what concerns me most .. another week , month of suffin news, end of the summer, AGAIN Tiger Woods wannabe achieved nothing, I remember he saying that he cares about us shareholders .. yeah right. I invested hardcore in FISKER (EV company ... the fucker even drawn the DB9 and 11 for Aston Martin) went bankrupt for the 3th time ) looks like family of ST3 ... good thing is ...we didnt file chapter 11 ... YET ,, believe me ... we investors are the good believing people .. they are the people who needs to be locked up in jail or ... boy, look up their sholders for the rest of their life. Cant promise anything when I bump in2 Fisker Hendrik or ST3 in person. Hope they like eating food out a straw.

Seems like all these other folks had to get their stuff in order (business entity wise) to allow for a launch? Pure spec, but figured I would share what I find.

We are connected with Donald who is tied to the XFL and many other things sports related. Lots of connections, including boxing as well. Donald is still listed as our "International and Strategic Partners" with VuMe on their site, so I figured it was worth sharing.

Since Boxing is/was the first thing to really launch VuMe, it could matter? Maybe some international things in play and they needed some funding from this guy Dan who seems to check out and is the executive to Maryanne (which I believe is Alberts Wife) and Unio Capital Partners Managing Director.

All speculation... Just trying to dig and connect dots when I see something.

Nada here. There really isn’t anything to talk about here just yet since it’s EM and they also can’t / don’t have series G shares to acquire any portion of UI imo.

If it gets out of EM and we see series G shares registered then maybe something coming around. Unfortunately. :/

Has anyone done any digging in on UI or other under cover companies to see if there’s any movement ?

Yes. I don’t think that will move the needle. However the app does need to be out there and they need to work out the kinks. Start small and slowly add. Has to start somewhere.

Minor league stuff and less watched sports is a start. But yes. It won’t move the needle. They have nothing right now to show. So that needs to change. Imo.

well .. dont think the soccer things will be a huge succes to get this SP up, it's a european thing, soccer is peanuts in the US. Been a couple months now without any news about anything ... Oh, I remember ST3 stated long time a go, when we are silent .. we work hard. Can dead people work hard ??? this looks as dead as my cat. IMO

I hear ya. The other thing is ST3 owns bajjilions of restricted shares that makes him the owner. I don’t think the board can kick him out if they wanted to. They work for him.

Anyway. I still think the soccer thing will come and like a few people here are saying .. there is some correlation to foreman’s site being down too. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that they will get out of EM. Once they do they’ll probably announce something in order to start tapping into equity financing. Hopefully that can drive some additional PR and results.

All of their sites were down including Roy's (Forevision) which makes me believe they are merging and getting something ready.

Hope you are right Pea. ST3 has been a disaster for shareholders. Honestly, the board should have gotten rid of him over a year ago. Unless they actually know the company is going to do something significant soon, I can't imagine why he hasn't been canned yet.
