The details of this plan were in the last filing ,and to sum things up,Idk if you read it, but it pretty much said it wasn't going to happen because the two parties could not reach an agreement. (This is currently being looked into)

So far we have learned the CEOs strategy is to pump the stock ,dump it by diluting shares, and then not disclose anything about the business when it comes to anything of shareholder value.. He knows, shareholders have been paying close attention to this.

Every announcement since the very first mention of Smog Armor blockbuster deal has been nothing but false and misleading information,jmo.
Management has a choice to either make an announcement to debunk these claims. IF they choose not to discuss these things then shareholders will make the next move.

I feel like as carbon limit is becoming more successful, smog armor is revectoring again which is why it's so quiet now. Maybe they withdrew the name change or changed the location of the facility for lease.

I'm not buying another share until something positive happens.

If this keeps up they will own this ticker . Own as in have so many shares they can easily manipulate. Probably already too late since Davis gave them 5 months to accumulate 😠 and this phase could go on for months still if there's no special catalysts announced.
Back in April the mm's didn't have a HUGE amount of shares in the trips, now they do. compared to 5 months ago a crap ton more additional shares will have to be bought to get the price back up again. We went from seeing 14-24m on the Ask during the big pump, to 60+m on the Ask after the dump .jmo

Go find out what percentage of the volume from Tuesday was shorted and then let me know what you find😉
Then ask yourself why would shorts cover if they don't have to now?
What would possibly cause a short covering would be a significant bullish catalyst that would/could trigger the bots buy stop orders. Jmo

Outstanding and restricted both increased by hundreds of millions with no explanation as to why. In my last and final conversation with Davis months ago ,he said note holders can convert when the time comes. BUT I thought I read that in the last 2 reports there were NO convertible note holders..I don't have time to go dig through the q's now so (please correct me if I'm wrong about that)if that turns out to be the case then oh well .. also could be the reason for the random big volume days too.imo

I just don't understand why an entire year has gone by and there's still been no significant news of anything paint related. All we have is 3 or 4 news releases that had no shareholder value in them whatsoever.
This "blockbuster deal" as MERSKY calls it, was all about the paint business. Took away the aftershot, and we were supposed to get a paint company. What paint where??
My last conversation with Davis I brought this topic up. His email reply was the all too familiar , we are working hard and diligently ,or whatever he said, just the same thing every pink OTC company says, and then copying and pasting parts from the different pr's . 😆
I can tell you that after I filled Sperry's and Davis emails with dilution questions, there hasn't been any more since then. 😉
It seems all parties have crawled under a rock and gone into hiding now after the many private investigation accusations were brought to their attention.
Despite the many conundrums,this is still a 50/50 chance at success. I just hope I'm wrong about a lot of my feelings.

Maybe they decided to change the name to carbon limit and that's what's taking so long hah. Good knowing that these companies are pretty intertwined and have some of the same people in management.
