The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Clarkson Hill was
successfully admitted to trading on AIM on Friday 17 February 2006. The
Company's shares were previously traded on Ofex.

Through a network of approximately 230 Independent Financial Advisers, the
Company is engaged in the provision of independent financial advice covering
mainly life assurance, pensions, investment, mortgages and protection products.
In addition, the Company provides advice on non-investment general insurance
from a limited panel of providers and products such as accident, unemployment
and sickness cover.
