Highline Technical Innovations Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HLNT) announced
today that it has entered into an agreement with Alert Agri
Distributors (AAD), Inc. as the Master Distributor for Canada. AAD
is based out of Winnipeg in the Canadian province of Manitoba and
has been in business for 26 years. According to HTI, AAD will
strategically position dealers throughout Canada with focus on
transportation, mining, marine and forestry industries.
The Wildcat Hydrogen Supplemental Fuel System increases fuel
efficiency in internal combustion engines, both diesel and gas, in
applications such as cars, boats, tractor-trailer rigs, agriculture
and industrial equipment. Recently HTI announced that it had
submitted its application to the EPA to verify the Wildcat Hydrogen
Supplemental Fuel System seeking inclusion on the approved verified
technologies list under the National Clean Diesel Campaign (NCDC).
The company stated that the status of being the only
hydrogen-related product on the NCDC approved technology list would
establish the HTI Wildcat Hydrogen Supplemental Fuel System as the
recognized leader in hydrogen technology. HTI CEO Charlton Coats
stated, "Completion of successful demonstrations for fleets and
governmental organizations paralleled with positive documented
results on in-field applications has established the foundation of
credibility for our Wildcat system. Our remarkable progress in the
field of hydrogen supplemental technology is gaining traction and
we have received many substantial inquiries, several of which cross
international borders, including two upcoming visits with parties
from the Middle East and Asia. AAD is a product of the growing
awareness of HTI being the leader in the field of hydrogen
supplemental technology."
AAD and HTI reported that a dialogue between the two companies
began in June 2011 discussing the market potential in Canada. The
transportation sector alone represents over 4% of Canada's GDP
which was 1.57 trillion dollars in 2010. One of the features that
make the Wildcat system attractive for the Canadian market is the
remarkable resistance to freezing. Harsh winter climates exist in
the Canadian provinces, which at times can reach temperatures of
-50 degrees Fahrenheit. The Wildcat system effectively operates at
temperatures of -34 degrees Fahrenheit with the standard solution
mix. Solution percentages can be adjusted for efficiency depending
on the requirements of any given climate. AAD and HTI initiated an
agreement after the completion of a comprehensive demonstration and
product evaluation at HTI's corporate headquarters in Northwest
Arkansas. AAD further stated that the initial steps of establishing
a national dealer network has already begun.
HTI announced today that an independent party recently completed
a scheduled partial tear-down of an engine of one of the test units
involved in a local carrier pilot program. The tear-down took place
to verify the expected effects of the Wildcat hydrogen supplemental
fuel system on the internal parts of the engine. HTI posted
pictures of the engine that can be viewed on its website. The
pictures revealed the absence of carbon build-up that is typically
found in diesel engines after long-term continued use. HTI reported
that the name of the carrier and shop facility will be withheld
until the contract for fleet implementation of the Wildcat system
is completed.

HTI also reported the greatly anticipated HOSS UTV arrived in
California via marine transport on November 15, 2011. The company
stated that this is the second time the HOSS has arrived into the
US. It was reported that a labeling error on shipping occurred that
placed a hold on the unit and it could not be cleared through
customs. It was determined that the HOSS would have to be sent back
or destroyed. An EPA-certified lab is to begin the emissions
certification required by recently mandated regulation. Upon
successful completion of the testing by the independent lab and
completion of performance testing by HTI management, HTI and Dong
Feng Motors, Inc. will continue into the next phase of the joint
venture announced in the latter part of 2010.
CEO Charlton Coats confirmed that Mel Robinson resigned from the
Board of Directors effective November 10, 2011. In addition to the
board of directors authorizing two additional positions foreseeing
future associations, H.C. Southern has agreed to fill one of the
four vacant seats. Mr. Southern is a Vietnam-era veteran where he
proudly served our country as an electronic technician in the Army
Security Agency (ASA). After furthering his education, he enjoyed a
distinguished career of 19 years as an Electrical/Process Control
Engineer in the Pulp and Paper and Petro-chem industries. Returning
to school he then completed a Psychology degree with intentions of
entering Medical School. He chose Law School instead and has been
practicing law in Northwest Arkansas/Northeast Oklahoma for the
past 12 years. He is admitted to practice Law in Oklahoma,
Arkansas, and all associated Federal Courts as well. His name
appears on the Senior Walk at the University of Arkansas in three
different locations, once for each degree he earned. He has served
as General Counsel for HTI for the past year. Now, as a member of
the HTI Board of Directors, his unique skill set brings both
engineering and litigation experience the company will rely upon as
it enters agreements that will set the stage for growth and
performance in 2012.
HTI CEO Charlton Coats issued the following statement. "HTI
shifted its emphasis to the transportation industry in the second
quarter. Many events have taken place to lay the groundwork for HTI
growth and expansion. Verification with the EPA, demonstrations,
meetings and test programs with industry leading carriers,
demonstrations with government officials along with the preparation
of paralleling with synergistic technologies with established
customer basis will take us into a new era in the history of HTI.
I, along with other members of our team, have recently visited
organizational leaders in Dallas, Kansas City and Atlanta that
culminated in the consummation of a critical partnership in the
expansion of HTI that we will announce in the near future." HTI
reported that CEO Coats will be in Chicago the remainder of the
week to meet with lateral partners of the agreement parties with a
follow-up meeting in Atlanta.
