Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 18, 2010 the registrant announced the execution of a letter of intent with NEAH Power Systems, Inc. for a proposed strategic partnership . The proposed partnership is subject to the execution of a definitive agreement and each party’s completion of due diligence, necessary consents and approvals. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
