Finally back to "Pink Current Information," but still waiting for resolution of "Shell Risk" status.

It seems to be taking a long time to clear up the "Shell Risk" after the Attorney letter on 4/26/24. How long does it take FINRA to make a decision?

Invest in what?A shell company with no assets that the previous year said they had millions in assets?Finra,funding,mms?None of it is true other than they played games on shareholders with lies and deception,where are the assets they had and why did they fight not to be a shell and then become one?

Otc messed up not company, action comes after finra decision.

I saw that, but for some reason it wasn't enough to get the Shell Risk designation changed on OTC Markets. So, it seems more is needed?

Waiting on FINRA so they can acquire MM's and move ahead from the financing obtained via shares. They have a couple backup plans just in case plan A does not work.

Thanks. Is CCAJ still on track to start producing revenue/profit? I haven't seen any updates on their prior acquisition targets or any new ones.

The label is phony because the company filed on time yet OTC failed to note this fact. It will be corrected so not to worry.

Is this tradeable in US?

There were talks but no action taken.

Yes, I've been wondering about that too..... I saw the OTCM shell risk designation and then saw the Attorney letter saying CCAJ isn't a shell. We'll see where that goes. My assumption is they got the Attorney letter because they have some plan to make this an operational company again.

The real question and reason is>What happened to the assets,that were listed in the previous annual?I saw that these people fought to make it a non shell and then when truth be told they pulled the assets out and it's a shell now according to OTCM..But why ?Listen to the clown that professes to know and talk to the company lol,he's been here since Otto lol

I think that is because CCAJ is not "Pink Current" and they haven't articulated a clear path to revenue yet. If both of those happen in the coming weeks, then I think the "slippage" will stop!

I can tell this is going to get interesting if they file, especially if you compare the numbers from last year's annual .If this goes back to Tony,you have to ask yourselves why? However if that is the case I know why and so do y'all lol and it'll get even more interesting from a shareholders perspective

Honestly at this point I would agree with you, but telling the truth I haven't a stand on anything anyone does. I think what has been said, it is about the money, and not yours, or mine.

Seems like CCAJ could easily get back to $.002+ if they would update the website (so it has current information) and give a little hint about what they are doing in the background to bring in some revenue later in 2024! Is that too much to ask?

With a year to go, I was thinking this might be a little early for that. Once you have them, you got them on the other side.

I agree. Don't really understand their MO. Still insiders have shares and no filings to change their involvement.

Even if they are in a quiet period, seems like they could update their website (or take it offline for awhile). A lot of the info is old and no longer accurate, especially the FAQs and Acquisitions pages.

SEC Brenda is telling them to keep the posting to zero till there is solid progress on all filings and not to let the "shorters" have a field day. Remember the scumbags who screwed us before are the ones behind this SEC recommendation.

Is anything pending with CCAJ? I liked the OS share cancelation, but what is CCAJ doing regarding any new acquisitions and/or homebuilding?

It would also be nice to see some updates on the website. The Investors page has old FAQ information and the Acquisitions page has the same companies listed, but no updates.
