We are having a strong volume for a Friday. Here is my opinion on what has happened with today's session. First let me say that Market Makers do not hold inventory they leave that up to us and certainly not going into the weekend. There are strict rules with the SEC on that.

When earlier this morning a slew of sells going off at .0001 in the tune of millions, then all of a sudden, the sells increased in individual count and 5th decimal picked up a few until there was a 75m sell at .0001 and the next trade was a .00011 buy in the amount of 75m. This was clearly a wholesale or nonretail. My guess that this 75m was the company's sponsor buying back the sale of 75m for 75m at .00011. Then there after the sale of .0001 all being bought back at .00011. This makes me believe that the company exercised the buyback today in the tune of over 125m total buyback.

This type of trading session has been going on since the company announced they are in debt reduction phase and probably within large volume days for greater amount, but still down between the .0001 and below .0002. It wouldn't make since for the buyback being at .0002 since the rational thinking is getting it at the least common denominator which is .0001 and the handling charge of the 5th decimal for the trading execution. In some cases, 5th decimal trading can and has moved to a click above the 5th for a retail acquisition, but in this scenario, it's going back to the company, thus debt reduction.

Waiting on the next financial cycle should have a positive on Innovative Outcomes subsidiary.

This is going much higher, but for now let the company buyback their excess shares.

Market Makers own $UBQU at the 5th decimal (.00015 and lower)

They have had ample time to accumulate shares there and at .0001 so it really makes no sense why they are putting so much sell-side pressure at .0002 if their intentions are to sell higher.

Pull the .0002 offers, let volume enter then hit the .0002 bids to exit

This is the highest I've seen the bid wall 322 million. If we can get that bid wall to 500 to 600 million I think the ask at .0002 will start to shrink.

The bid back up to 323 million

Volume is halfway decent today - but still not much of an assault on the .0002 offer wall.

A good portion of the trades are at the 5th decimal (not retail) - just market maker shenanigans

This isn't ready yet there letting too many .0001s go thru.

Yes, over 200m was in 5th decimal buys. This further implies the seriousness of the company's desire on debt reduction. This issue is going to be huge. Wait until the next financials.

Everyone is waiting for the .0002 offer to actually begin to get bought down to the 400M or so level and as that bid increases to 500-600M shares that's when we may see the .0002 wall go down.

The company has already stated they are not presently interested in performing a share buyback but they have been diligently working on reducing the debt.

It's just a matter of "time" now

It looks like we got over that last hurdle of putting some size on the bid and no one wanting to sellout anymore. That means the next only avenue is the 2's will start getting bought. Especially as the 1's size keeps growing and the growing futility of trying to acquire anymore 1's.
Now is the time to be buying 2's with this size on the bid. Your risk of buying 2's just went down a lot by this latest occurrence.
