VANCOUVER, Nov. 19, 2015 /CNW/ - Smartcool Systems Inc.
(TSXV: SSC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it
has extended the term of its proposal to the non-brokered private
placement offering (the "Offering") of up to 20,000,000
units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit, for maximum gross proceeds of
$1,000,000 announced by News Release
on September 30, 2015. The
Company has received TSX Venture Exchange approval of the extension
and now expects to complete the Offering on or before December 18, 2015.
