FRV Media Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:FRV.H) announces today that
there has been a change in control of the Corporation.


The change of control is the result of the acquisition (the "Acquisition") by
Palos Capital Pool, L.P. ("Palos") for investment purposes of approximately
64.04% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding Class A Shares by way of
private agreements with no more than five (5) of the Corporation's shareholders.


Pursuant to the Acquisition, Palos acquired a total of 60,530,020 Class A Shares
(the "Shares") for a purchase price of $0.0025 per share representing an
aggregate consideration of $151,425.05.
