FRV Media : New Financial Year-End

MONTREAL, QUEBEC (TSX VENTURE: FRV) announce the modification to the date of its financial year-end from March 31 to October 31 of each year, the new date being more aligned with the year-end of corporations acting within the same sector of activities than FRV.

FRV will disclose the results of its financial year-end of seven months ended October 31, 2007 within the prescribed delays i.e. before February 28, 2007.
