I donโ€™t see anything regarding NIOCORP in that post. Go figureโ€ฆ..lol. Mark and Jim will probably have a pizza party at the office tomorrow if we close one cent above the close from Friday ๐Ÿซ  The most painfully pathetic team of โ€œveteran miningโ€ players in the entire world.

Elon will probably be on Mars before these rejects develop our resource. At the end of the day, if all the investors here had been given a spoon a decade ago and started digging, we would have made more progress and money than these fools in Centennial, Colorado

Donโ€™t worry, it will happen to NioCorp.

I'm not saying its impossible. Unfortunately we are irrelevant in the current trade war. That worries me when we are buried in a list of projects. What actually makes this stand on its own??

.....It wasnt niobium. It hasn't been scandium. It hasn't been rare earths (yet. who knows). It won't be magnet recycling.... Really tell me fellas, was is ignorance or deceit by the veteran team? IT was NOT the pandemic or a banking crisis. It simply was not. I'll blame it on the amazing-or-not-amazing resource itself before that stuff.

Even if the deus ex machina rolls in and we all see green, It IS one of those 2 things that made this what it is now until an outside force swoops in.

Yeah, Iโ€™m not buying that one either. Walter and his group seem to be the only investors who arenโ€™t mad as a hornet with the incompetence that management has exhibited the last few years.

Sorry, but two feasibility studies the past decade and no money to finance a third feasibility yet, let alone finance a billion dollar project. Itโ€™s pathetic that a โ€œshovel readyโ€ project canโ€™t get financed under the current administration and conditions of a critical mineral crisis.

Walter and his friends are buying. They can't wait to dispose of more money here. That's what successful investors do. Sure they are.

Wow. I wish we were less than 4 years from producing anything. 5 probably now with the money issue and the quality issues with the current epc. We missed the war by 4 or 5 years. An Imminent failure. Our sincere hope was to get going by 2016. If at all possible we might break ground in 2026.

But let's all be realistic.... unless some angelic hero drops from the sky with well over a billion dollars, we are pretty fucked. Anyone with a brain can see that. The dilution between now and then is going to reduce original retailers to a fraction of their original investment if it ever happens. I got hooked on the dirty needle in 2017. That's all on me.

With all this positive momentum for the domestic production of critical and rare earth minerals, Niocorp continues to languish. It appears the investment from retail and institutions have had enough of the all talk and no action coming from Niocorp management. Two feasibility studies and now a third one that hasnโ€™t even been completed yet because they need more money. Itโ€™s absolutely nauseating.

Given all the recent news regarding critical and rare earth minerals, we should be way above where we were before the GXII. It appears the investment community is tired of Mark Smith and his teamโ€™s continuous incompetence.

Nice! Ask Jim and rest of management how they spend their undeserved salaries? Ask how they look themselves in the mirror without throwing up with guilt? Ask him to justify these fucking salaries and massive pay raises every year with zero results. Ask them to justify -85% share price drop and why they should be rewarded for horrendously bad decisions. Since a very small group of you have managements ear please do us a favor and ask them these questions. Look forward to what they tell you.

Hey management, use your undeserving salary to complete our feasibility study. Literally, itโ€™s the least they can do for 13 years of suffering.

They need to act fast

Exim could be directed to go with the drilling program already completed and use statistical method to reduce the risk for the inferred portion.
Six to nine months is a long time to wait to maybe come up with the same amount of risk.
Scott Honan already said that they will confirm/transfer inferred to confirm other amount of mineral as they drill down further. In my opinion they have enough proven reserve to start digging.
Soon, very very soon they will need the ore out of the ground and processed no matter the costโ€ฆ..

And the US will need a processing plant.

And they will need to control the entire supply chain.
Niocorp can do all that.

Imagine what the share price would be if financing really had been imminent in 2019. Sadly, we have had over 5 more years of complete incompetence since then. We have lost hundreds of millions in market cap, 1/10th of our original equity in the company, and years of our lives we will never get back. Mark Smith never fails to disappoint.

Might be up a little today, but so what? All that matters is that they are STILL trying to raise money for a feasibility study. We've been told 6 to 9 months after money is raised. Well, Mark gave himself another deadline, this one for the new feasibility study in less than 6 months and still no money to do it.

How many hits to his credibility can this man take?

Hey you get it now. NB missed all the trade or kinetic wars by a total of imminent financing + build time. Why be urgent if it's 4 years away? Honestly 5 best case if we have to scrape up money to do FS before we get the real money not to mention inflation. Pretty fucking cooked unless some angelic deus ex machina steps in. Not sure if that executive order is that or not.

That's our sincere hope, if at all possible.

China Launches New Precision Strike Against Pentagon Rare Earth Supply Chains
------------------------------------------------------------

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (April 4, 2025) โ€“ China retaliated today against the U.S. and allied nations by restricting the export of highly strategic Chinese-made rare earths, critical minerals that are needed in virtually all U.S. defense systems and across the electronics, manufacturing, high-technology, transportation, and energy sectors. The implications for U.S. national security are dire, according to NioCorp Developments Ltd. Executive Chairman and CEO Mark A. Smith (โ€œNioCorpโ€ or the โ€œCompanyโ€) (NASDAQ:NB).

โ€œThis is a precision strike by China against Pentagon supply chains that enable our most powerful weapons and defense systems, from stealth fighters and precision-guided munitions to satellite systems and hypersonic weapons,โ€ according to Mr. Smith. โ€œThe U.S. has long known that it walks a fine line by relying so heavily on China for rare earths. With this new move, Beijing is jamming its fingers on the pressure points of American deterrence. These arenโ€™t just metalsโ€”theyโ€™re bottleneck elements, and without them, much of the Pentagonโ€™s advanced hardware risks slipping from superiority to obsolescence.โ€

Mr. Smith, a 40+ year mining and rare earth industry veteran, predicted such a move by China months ago and has been raising the alarm with U.S. national security officials. See https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/mine-baby-mine-us-needs-dig-deep-help-military

โ€œThis is not a mere supply chain hiccup, itโ€™s a geopolitical earthquake in slow motion. Every fighter jet delayed, every missile contract disrupted, every paused satellite payload becomes a ripple in Americaโ€™s strategic posture. And with Russia and China tightening coordination, this may mark the start of a material cold war fought not with tanks, but with export licenses and embargoes,โ€ he added.

The middle and heavy rare earths to which China will now restrict access are these: samarium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, lutetium, scandium, and yttrium. The restrictions, announced Chinaโ€™s Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs, include metals, alloys, oxides, compounds, and related products of the targeted rare earths. The announcement can be seen here: https://www.mofcom.gov.cn/zwgk/zcfb/art/2025/art_9c2108ccaf754f22a34abab2fedaa944.html

NioCorp is developing a critical minerals project in Nebraska that is expected to produce the processed rare earths to which China now seeks to restrict U.S. access, as well as niobium and titanium. More information on that project can be seen here: https://www.niocorp.com.

Dude we wouldn't have a mine for 4 years if they GIFTED us all the money we needed today.

Just need to find the money to fund a 3rd feasibility study and THEN 6-9 months later get financing and THEN 4 years after that we have mine in hands. DE-Risked and Shovel ready boo oooooy!

It also imposed restrictions on the export of certain rare-earth elements, specifically medium and heavy rare-earth metals like samarium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, lutetium, scandium, and yttrium, to the United States, effective immediately.

It is what Marks has been warning about.
