As of today's close, Valassis had a market capitalization of approximately $90 million, ranking it 400th in the index. Fulton Financial was previously announced as a replacement for S&P MidCap 400 constituent Foundry Networks Inc. (NASDAQ:FDRY) which is being acquired by Brocade Communications Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:BRCD). That deal is still pending final approvals. A new replacement for Foundry will be announced at a later date.
