Joe Scaminace Joins Cintas Board of Directors

Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) announced today the appointment of Joe Scaminace to its board of directors. Scaminace, whose appointment went into effect on April 26, 2010, will serve the remaining term of former board member Paul Carter who passed away in October, 2009. He will also serve on the Compensation Committee.

Scaminace is the Chairman, President and CEO of the OM Group, Inc. (OMG). OMG is a leading producer of specialty materials used in many end-use products such as memory sticks, as well as a manufacturer of batteries for the defense, aerospace and medical industries. Prior to joining OMG, Scaminace was the President and COO of The Sherwin-Williams Company, a global leader in the paint and coatings industry, where he successfully led various divisions before becoming President and COO.

Among other affiliations, Scaminace serves as a director of The Parker Hannifin Corporation and The Boler Company. He is also a director of The Cleveland Clinic where he serves on the Compensation, Governance and Conflict of Interest committees. Scaminace recently became a member of the Finance Council of the Diocese of Cleveland.

Scaminace received his MBA from Case Western Reserve and his BS in Business Economics from the University of Dayton.
