Colorado Technical University, a leading provider of education for career-motivated students, announced today that it is listed among the top 10 schools in a number of categories in the Diverse Issues in Higher Education annual list of top degree-granting schools for minorities during the 2008-2009 school year.

  • The No. 2 ranked college for associate degrees in security and protective service granted to African Americans;
  • The No. 3 ranked college for associate degrees in accounting and related services granted to all minorities;
  • The No. 3 ranked college for associate degrees in business management, marketing and related support services granted to African Americans;
  • The No. 3 ranked college for master's degrees in degrees in business management, marketing and related support services granted to Native Americans;
  • The No. 4 ranked college for master's degrees in health professions and related clinical sciences granted to African Americans;
  • The No. 4 ranked college for associate degrees in business management, marketing and related support services granted to all minorities;
  • The No. 4 ranked college for associate degrees in all disciplines combined granted to African Americans;
  • The No. 13 ranked college for bachelor's degrees in business management, marketing and related support services granted to African Americans;
