GENERAL

Ms. Tawni Nazario-Cranz provided Arrival SA (the “Company”) with a notice of resignation as a Director. Ms. Nazario-Cranz served as Chair of the Compensation Committee, Member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Member of the Audit Committee. Such resignation took effect September 6, 2023. The Company would like to thank Ms. Nazario-Cranz for her advice, collaboration and support.
