Item 7.01 Regulation FD.

On August 14, 2023, Comstock Inc. announced that it will be participating in the Sidoti Virtual Investor Conference on August 16, 2023 and August 17, 2023, which will be held virtually.

Corrado De Gasperis, chairman and chief executive officer, and William McCarthy, chief operating officer, will present and host one-on-one meetings with members of the investment community at the event.

The materials utilized during the conferences will be accessible on the Comstock, Inc. website, www.comstock.inc/investors, on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
