I doubt they will do anything while the lawsuit is going on , EBET has valuable assets that are still bringing in revenues too and could be sold right to Aristocrat for part of a settlement offer, or to another party for that matter. The lender has the right to do what ever they want is all and we have the next docket date set for Aug 14 too

i read it and it says assets so the company would not have any operations so it becomes a shell (only pursuing the lawsuit) until it gets funding/award to start another business. if the lender does get the company and all its shares which would have to be stipulated in the loan agreement which i think would be unusual then i definitely think that the mgmt would be involved in this scheme since they agreed to modify the agreement to june 17th. thats what doesn't make sense. why did they agree to that???

IMO not that i'm legal or anything the statement that the lender gets all assets does not mean they get the share structure/company and that is why i think the stock is not at .0001 since the lawsuit is the golden goose. also if i wanted to delay the transfer i would file chapter 11 which would throw a wrench in the lender getting all the assets prior to settlement unless of course mgmt is in cahoots with the lender to screw us shareholders.

But as we all know the lender has 9.99% of the shares and the company in their control now, with the lawsuit still in process for $70Mil Plus Damages those shares will have a lot of value. They can get a lot of $$ still way over what was owed to them and a lot extra for their shares value too.

Actually the morning selloff of the weak holders wasn't much for 400k vol was about 40grand value and the moving averages are up in the .20s. Next Docket comes out and its back to pushing higher as the value of the lawsuit trumps everything.
