(TSX: BOY) ("Boyuan") announced that on May 16, 2019 the board of directors accepted the resignation of Ms. Ren Shu from her position of Corporate Secretary of Boyuan due to the increased demand from her legal practice.  Ms. Ren will remain a director of Boyuan.  The board of directors appointed, subject to acceptance of the Toronto Stock Exchange, Mr. Tang Wei, Vice President and a director of Boyuan, as Boyuan's Corporate Secretary.
