On July 18 , 201 7 , Tile Shop Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months June 3 0 , 2017 . A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

On July 18 , 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing its declarat ion of a cash dividend of $0.05 per share to stockholders of record as of August 1 , 2017 . The dividend will be paid on August 1 5 , 201 7 . A copy of the press rele ase is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
