The Directors of Cleantech Building Materials PLC (the "Company") announce that Complete Audit & Accounting Solutions Limited have resigned as auditors of Cleantech Building Materials PLC, and that the Company has appointed Crowe Clarke Whitehill LLP, Chartered Accountants of St Bride's House, 10 Salisbury Square, London, EC4Y 8EH as auditors of the Company in their place.

Crowe Clarke Whitehill LLP acted as the Reporting Accountants for the Company's recent application for admission to Nasdaq First North, Copenhagen.
