On November 11, 2016, in connection with Michael Crane’s previously reported departure, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Registrant determined to accelerate the vesting of (i) 927 shares subject to a stock option and (ii) 6,347 restricted stock units held by Mr. Crane that would have otherwise vested from November 11, 2016 (Mr. Crane’s last day of service) through December 3, 2016.
