January 7, 2016 - Altice N.V. (Euronext: ATC, ATCB) today announces that:

- Régis Turrini is joining the group as Head of Regulation, Government Affairs and Strategy; 
- Eric Klipfel, previously SFR Head of B2C, is joining the group as Head of B2C;
- Nick Brown is joining the group as Head of Investor Relations. 

Régis and Eric will report to Michel Combes, Group COO.
Nick will report to Dennis Okhuijsen, Group CFO.

For Michel Combes, Altice COO: " The arrivals of Regis, Eric and Nick constitute an important step in the industrialization and strengthening of Altice's corporate organization while maintaining the Altice DNA, i.e. a streamlined and entrepreneurial spirit."

Régis Turrini, Head of Regulation, Government Affairs and Strategy  

Attorney admitted to the Paris bar, Régis Turrini began his career as a judge in the French administration courts. He then joined law firms Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (1989-1992), followed by Jeantet & Associés (1992-1995), as a corporate lawyer. In 1995, Mr. Turrini joined the investment bank Arjil & Associés (Lagardère group) as executive director. He was then appointed managing director and, from 2000, managing partner. He joined Vivendi in 2003, as Executive Vice President in charge of mergers & acquisitions, before becoming Senior Executive Vice President for Strategy and Development in 2008. In 2014, Régis Turrini was appointed Commissioner to the French State Holdings Agency.

Régis Turrini is an attorney admitted to the Paris bar. He is a graduate of the faculties of literature and law and the Paris Institute of Political Sciences, and an alumnus of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration.

Eric Klipfel, Head of B2C 

Since 2014, Eric was SFR head of B2C. He joined Numericable in 2000 and led its Marketing Department from November 2006 to March 2008, before serving as Deputy CEO from 2008 to 2010. Eric headed Numericable's B2C division (2010-2014).

Born in 1969, Eric Klippel received a Master Degree from the Fachhochschule in Stuttgart in 2003.

Nick Brown, Head of Investor Relations

Nick Brown joins Altice from Goldman Sachs' Global Investment Research division where he was an Executive Director covering European Telecoms, Cable, Satellite and Tower companies. IPOs he worked on included Altice, Tele Columbus and Cellnex. He previously worked at Espirito Santo Investment Bank (formerly Execution Noble) as an Equity Research Analyst covering European Telecoms and Media companies.

Nick holds a MA degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
