Today Announced that NaturesComfortMeds has been awarded two
patents by The United States Patent and Trademark
Office (USPTO). The USPTO is an agency in the U.S.
Department of Commerce that
issues patents to inventors and businesses for
their inventions, and trademark registration for product
and intellectual property identification.
NaturesComfortMeds has achieved a monumental milestone. On

North American Cannabis Holdings featured its JV agreement with
NaturesComfortMeds recently in conjunction with the Companys agreement to move its

North American Cannabis Holdings exchanged its cannabis consumer
health product operations for preferred stock of Puration. A
portion of the Puration preferred stock is slated for conversion
into Puration common stock to be distributed to North American
Cannabis Holdings shareholders through a dividend distribution.
NaturesComforMeds has been awarded two patents in conjunction
with a proprietary Cannabidiol, or CBD, extraction process. This
proprietary extraction process is instrumental to the joint venture
agreement with North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. to develop
health and wellness cannabis consumer products. Products under
development include treatments for cancer and post traumatic stress
disorder (PTSD).
