TORONTO, June 26, 2013 /CNW/ - 01 Communique (TSX:ONE) today received the Court Order and Opinion in respect of the post-trial motions in its patent litigation against LogMeIn Inc. ("LogMeIn"). As previously announced, the jury rendered its verdict concluding that LogMeIn does not infringe 01 Communique's patent (U.S. Patent No. 6,928,479). The jury also concluded that 01 Communique's patent is valid.

The Court Order denied 01 Communique's motion for a judgment as a matter of law or for a new trial on the issue of infringement and denied LogMeIn's motion for judgment as a matter of law or for a new trial on the issue of invalidity. The Order also denied LogMeIn's request for a judgment of unenforceability of 01 Communique's patent concluding there was no inequitable conduct and that 01 Communique's patent is enforceable. Now that the Court Order has been received the Company today filed a notice of appeal with the United States Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit.
