the "Company") has received a license by the Nevada Gaming
Commission for interactive gaming.

This license will allow Shuffle Master to be a
business-to-business partner with land-based casino operators in
order to provide online poker games in addition to play-for-fun
versions of its world-renowned proprietary table games, such as
Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, and Fortune Pai Gow
Poker.
