Wanderport Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today announced that it has completed the selection process and has chosen the engineering firm to produce the characterization design of its single cavity microwave energy tankless water heater prototype.

After having held face to face meetings with the two short listed firms, Robert Simoneau's (Wanderport Corporation's Technical Advisor and product Licensor) recommendation was to proceed with the firm possessing a profound understanding and experience in thermal dynamics despite the enthusiasm for our project by the other candidate, which he feels is the determining factor favoring the chosen company.

"Wanderport's end product will benefit immensely from the engineering firm's commitment to appointing their specialist in thermal dynamics to run the assignment adding his impressive knowledge and expertise evidenced by his past successes in working on similar challenges," said Mr. Simoneau.

"The name of the company and pedigrees of its representatives, are being withheld until such time as mandate terms, timelines and disclosure permissions are concluded," said Richard Martel, Wanderport Corporation's President and CEO.

"While negotiations are underway, completion of a prototype within this fourth quarter 2010 seems feasible pending the outcome of said negotiations and any unforeseen delays or constraints that may arise throughout the engineering process. We anticipate releasing details pertaining to a definitive agreement on or before November 10, 2010," further added Mr. Martel.

The company is also pleased to emphasize that the engineering firm has relinquished any claims in whole or in part to proprietary technology rights or overrides derived from work offerings, upgrade or technology transfer toward the finished microwave energy tank-less water heater. Thus, all proprietary technology rights are retained by Wanderport through its licensing agreement.
