From what I've read the SEC v LG Cap case is winding
down, LG was basically told to come together and settle
that case between them and the SEC.

I know that LG and Redhawk had dealings as well but
from what I remember it was limited but I didn't dig through
every aspect of their business.

I agree, I don't think it has any influence on us trading or not but it is the only thing I see that hasn't been fully addressed.
If there is another reason that were not trading I would sure like some input on what it might be because I can't find anything

I've been invested in Redhawk since it was Independence Energy. I was watching it even before SONY. I don't remember the financials ever being audited, even when Klug took over. I could be mistaken but I don't think so. I would love being wrong.

As far as the year end reports from 2020, they were audited.

Year end for 2021, they were unaudited.

Interestingly the year end for 2022, they were listed as a FORECAST
of which isn't the norm but with that it leaves me to believe that what was
posted for 2022 has a flexibility added to it's purpose/ meaning.

Just like the weather forecast....

They have had 2 years plus to get them ready I would be highly disappointed after all this time if they

Look at who hosts that suspect website.

Does namecheap.com host their other websites ? No. I think GoDaddy host the legitimate websites

Why is the suspect website coming out of Reykjavik Iceland ?

That website has vanished but a quick look through Whois shows that crappy namecheap and there is a publicly known (985) 401-4545 number that has been reported (s) with all kinds of fraud.

I can see many really low intelligent people that have lost all their money through the actions or inactions of Mr. Klugg. I can only sympathize with the losses, however the successes of Mr. Klugg at OMNI being supplied with an unlimited amount of FEMA funding is a very far cry compared to selling well overpriced needle destruction devices that the market indicates no one wants nor is anyone will to pay for.

The next steps will be the issuance of Notices for Judgment Debtor Examinations to the three (3) members of N95 – Matt Miller, Browning Holcombre and Peter Reiss II


The examinations will be in Louisiana since it was Louisiana Federal Judgment; however if they fail to appear, the cost of our legal team traveling to Arizona for the examinations will be on them.

The last docket was posted on May 28, 2024 so being there aren't any updates on
PACER there is normally a 30 day window to appeal so with that the appeal window
is closed. They would have had to post a 125% bond of the total sum of the award to
do so.
They chose not to so as you stated we are now waiting on the company for an
update.

Matt is a Wyoming registered agent that works in a Wyoming registered agent boiler room. He's one of the registered agents for N95 along with several other registered agents that were involved with N95.... and a company Caostal Group Partners that was form just a year or so before N95. I have been unable to confirm in any way that it is the same CGP. The link to CGP that he has been posting is based out of Miami. And AEG the parent of the Miami CGP is registered in many of the states and abroad, but not Wyoming.

It's a rat's nest to try and figure out. Something scammers would love. Nobody has been able to post any clear convicting link between Matt millers N95 and the AEG parent that looks to be a very large corporation.

And... Matts www.cgp-aeg.com website has been completely removed. Even Wayback has removed anything that was crawled. All gone.
