There are some small volumes from to time to time lately. Don't know if that has anything to do with the business they are doing.

If you go back to starting to 2014 and read some of their 8K's you will see what what they are doing and why. I think that all of these companies will be under one umbrella, but I think they will change the name to 1 Contractor Solutions. If you look at their social media pages and local filings you will see that they have been quite busy.

In fact in one of their 8K's filed in 2018, they talk about how a Trump Administration would significantly benefit their business operations with a very detailed business plan, then boom they became Pink Current. So my thoughts, I think they are waiting on the new Administration to take Office then they will become Pink Current with all of this new info.

How do all these change the fate of PYBA stock? Is it going to be current (tradable) again soon? Will all these companies be under the umbrella of PYBA stock? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

They restructured the company to mainly consolidate and focus on E-Learning through 1Exam Prep (https://1examprep.com/) which will be the name of the new ticker. The only thing they have under the Upstryve name is the new LEED Program, leed.upstryve.com/, which focuses on the Green Energy sector. Go to these websites and you will see they are very active on Social Media now and you tube updates. All of these companies are part of the "1 Contractor Club", portfolio of book of business. Something is about to happen here!!

I noticed that the Probility Media website that the OTC has listed for years is no longer working. Pretty sure that is relatively recent as I check from time to time. It would be nice if they would give us an update and let us know if there is still a heartbeat. The subsidiaries are definitely still in business but not sure how the whole Probility Media thing is going. I don't know about anyone else but I have reached out a bunch of times and nobody has ever responded.

I guess nobody cares anymore. Just take the loss. It has been way too long to wait. Nothing we can do about it.

I hope they file and get current, but I have zero control over what they do. I emailed PBYA a long while ago and they basically told me that they were waiting for market conditions to get better. In my opinion, what the heck are they waiting on?

I'm still holding because I have no choice. Still, I do and always have believed in their operations. They just need to file to get current.
