      yes...in a call...but vague as usual (and legally responsible. I have not been disappointed with HRAL over the years for reliable flipping. Just needs patience. right now I hold 16M shares. (always keep a few millies even after spikes, just in case because filings are in time and OS either stays frozen or just few shares are issued with good reasoning)

      Apparently, Wanner is eyeing a merger. Generally, he comes through when he drops indirect hints. I remain cautious, though, due to his pushmonkey.com purchase agreement PR that later was watered down. While it is nice that, lately, regular updates came in they were business concept-wise all over the place, though. Market cap and SS are fantastic as always.

      Certainly a great target...so the answer is yes, but the problem lies in when. Could be soon or in ages and noone wants to park their cash. However, the PRs lie the groundwork together with the minimal market cap/SS to jump onboard

      Spoke with CEO...they DO operate https://getpushmonkey.com/ still (but I saw there are no new tweets for a year https://x.com/getpushmonkey), and are working on getting business going (how I do not know). Confirmed dilution earlier this year was a one time thing. Recent venture with A.C.T. Investments will be long-term process and no updates expected soon.
