I am an investor that lost money in Paragon but as i continue investing with Greek companies I have been following B's and his employee's ( Skrimizas) case through my Greek contacts and local media.

In light of the recent postings i'd like to share the information and facts that i have obtained from Greek media sites and mainstream newspapers for the benefit of investors who have not been following the case in Greece.

FACTS

1. The alleged violations by B are supposed to have taken place in 2015 and 2016.
There has not been any evidence or any rumors that there have been any negative findings relevant to Box or Paragon by the SEC to this date and I now understand from the recent postings that the Greek prosecution service has just dismissed the criminal law suit against B, filed by some of my co-investors, based on the allegations made and information provided by "inv justice" some years ago.

The Logical conclusion is that the allegations against B are unfounded and not the opposite.

2. That the allegations on B originally launched on this site by "Inv justice" are time barred since long ago from civil consequences.

3. That one of B's employees named G. Skr....as has been charged by the Greek authorities for theft of about 5 mill usd from B ( he is due to appear in the Greek criminal high court shortly)
, he is obligated to physically present him self to the police station monthly and there is a court injunction in force against him for the 5 mill . All the above info has been extensively circulated in mainstream greek media such as "proto thema", " mononews" etc

SUSPICION

4. It has also been circulated extensively in the Greek media ( " edolio", "mononews"etc) that the above named employee , has launched a series of defamation campaigns against B in order to use them as leverage against the latter's law suits against him. To my knowledge none of the allegations were substantiated by the subsequent official investigations that took place by the Greek Authorities . I strongly suspect therefore that the allegations concerning Box and Paragon were also initiated and being pursued by the particular employee for the same reasons.
Frankly i suspect that "inv justice",
" faitrgoal" and others adopting the aggressive tone of the " prosecutor" against B are in fact acting at the instructions of the former employee aiming at luring investors into filing criminal law suits!

5. Why i care? Because I believe that All investors should be aware of the above facts since I am sure that none of us would like to be mislead and be used for unlawful "goals " of a third party while risking of being sued for libel in the process.
Especially so when there can be no financial gain to be expected for any of us due to the time bar.

If you seek justice follow your own path and do as you think. Did anyone ask you to join us? NO. How are you used?

If you want information contact the Lawyers and get the information you want. Have said that so many times.

What i wrote is that this Skras you say is a case we do not know and is not of our concern anyway. B is our case and his fraudulent actions.

I asked about the relevance of the statement that inv justice made which was that "B's attempts to compromise for peanuts were flatly rejected " with the dismissal of the law suit against bugaloo!

Can we have a clarification ?
Did bugalllo offer compensation during the investigation which was rejected by the plaintiffs, as inv justice wrote, or is this a misleading lie to all of us?

None of the names you mention has something to do with the lawsuit or our Lawyers. You are very new in the board so you do not know that is not allowed to put names, that is why i do not repeat the names.

It is shareholders vs the huge fraud committed by B. The crook who back in 2016 assured us of the company’s future. Nobody understood he was referring to his own bright future, on our expense.

The recent posts merely expose your boss who has many reasons to be afraid.
If you are genuine contact the Lawyers. Posts wont compensate for losses.

This would be most unusual in a criminal investigation as prosecutors do not discuss money but only crimes.

I hope that you are not saying this to mislead investors.

Very strange outcome considering the allegedly compelling evidence against Bougaloo that we were led to believe at first.

One can not help but wonder why an appeal would succeed where an initial complaint was thrown away after almost 3 years of investigation by the prosecution service.

Regarding Boogaloo Law suit in Greece, there are rumours that the lawsuit has been rejected and that criminal and civil law suits for defamation against Plaintiffs are underway.

Where on earth would someone see assets of a listed Company, worth millions, ending up to its CEO for $0.50? Our information is that B is in panic and shortly will be invited by the District Attorney to defend himself. There is a lot of evidence and i understand several witnesses.

We were informed that press in Greece has publicized articles about this lawsuit, which seems a big story.
As Shareholders we can just wait, hoping to have the Company live and with assets again.

Indeed, this whole affair sucks. If there were merits something would have been done by the big guys years ago!! Why wait for years and launch criminal complaints only in Greece!!
Anyway the story is that Taddlock invested a lot time and money in this only to drop it when he realised that he was been used by Skrimizes for his own personal goals.

This latest information raises a question regarding the legitimacy of the documents against BOD circulated on this site and whether whoever uses them may be legally exposed in any way !!
I think that the Greek lawyers that were recruiting powers of attorney by investors last year must guarantee to us that the documents they used are neither stolen nor forged in any way.
Can they confirm this please?

My sources tell me that the allegations against Bodouroglou back in june 2021 and earlier have bern fabricated and spread by his long time right hand man in order to use US investors for his own leverage against BOD.
Apparently this guy is under criminal prosecution for stealing 5 mill usd from BOD , due to appear in the Athens criminal court in May 2023 and is already under restraining orders.

Hi All, any word on the boogaloo lawsuit?

I am a holder of lots of useless common.

As Tadlock had advised in 2019, he was provided material by a former employee of Mr. B.

There are rumours that this particular officer is under criminal prosecution in Greece for embezzlement of millions and is trying to use this forum as a leverage on Mr.B and probably Tadlock walked away when he found out.

Can the lawyers clarify if the source is the same officer and if he indeed is under indictment or is just rumours?

I got a few preferred since 2019 and consider to sign up.

Can Greek lawyers guarantee that I will not be sued for defamation or for disclosure of Personal Data. Will they protect me?

Who will pay for legal costs/ fines in case of criminal complaints / lawsuits against me?

I have very similar concerns. I'm not stupid.

For the PoA i consulted two other Greek Lawyers and they confirmed to me that it is a rather standard PoA they use in Greece.

Do not forget that he works in this case without fees. He will get paid if the lawsuit is succesful. You know how the Lawyers manage their time. Do not expect from him to spend considerable time for being very formal. What the shareholders should expect from him is to be effective. His background provides some assurances.
And as we have said many times, we have nothing to lose here.
