Still an empty shell and odd to do a symbol name change if nothing has been put in here. Maybe to distance from the old stories to sell the A/S?

Spread .27 x .90 will keep volume away unless insiders are buying.
But with a fresh new A/S, you’d think they need to be selling. Raise capital to pay for stuff. Like a FIRNA name/symbol change. T/A and OTC fees just to get here.

The 1:50 R/S cleaned out the pre custodial share holders that abandoned the stock.
Once you give up on tracking down old restricted shares individuals, you do a large R/S to reset the SS. I’m sure they tried.
