It may invest up to 25% of total assets in municipal bonds rated below investment grade or unrated but considered to be of comparable quality. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets in municipal bonds exempt from U.S. federal income taxes (except that the interest may be subject to the U.S. federal alternative minimum tax).
