their goal is 1 for 30 R/S not 1 for 5. so they will do another 1for 6 R/S and then issue 200M new shares, wipe out LT common share holders, while top executives shares remains shielded from all R/S and dilution. from day one this company foundation is on lie bricks - they deceived everyone with the propaganda - mystery customer (don't remember, check their first sec filing)

1 for 5 that reduces current 280M share to 56M and then based on SEC filing earlier in the year they will add ~200M + new shares. and that is sad, major dilution, shortly current shares will be worth less than 30c. Everyone trying AEVA lidar but no one made serious commitment. productivity low, burn rate to high. curious about insiders holdings - are they RS resistant or be treated like other investors

from day one of inception till to date AEVA never gave real news -

R they doing R/S if yes is it 1 for 2, 1 for 10, or 1 for 30
second how many new shares are they issuing post R/S, all 440M or less. AEVA need to be forthcoming. They are below $ since September 7th and trying hard to take above $1 but it is difficult till March? without R?S. Anyway 1 for 2 or 1 for 4 may be good. They are supposed to tell that on the week of 18th after the meeting but they did not. They did spend so much money in compensation and filing so many patents those do not have edge, most are west of money and will expire useless. other newcomers surpassing them fast with superior technology, appl most likely not considering them.

Till October 19, 2023, a total of 223,309,007 shares of our common stock were issued and outstanding and no shares were held in treasury. ( now that number is 260.7M, how that happened?)
AEVA Board has determined that it is in the best interests of Aeva and AEVA stockholders to consider a R/S of common stock within a range of 1-for-2 to 1-for-30, as determined by our Board at a later date, in order to reduce the number of shares of common stock outstanding. (seems like R/S may take place on the week of Dec 18 immediately after board meeting).
AEVA cannot assure that the proposed Reverse Stock Split will increase stock price.
Number of Shares of Common Stock Issued and Outstanding After 1 for 30 Reverse Stock Split 223,309,007 shares become 8,670,376. Number of Shares of Common Stock Authorized and Available for Issuance immediately after R/S Reverse Stock Split: 410,546,233.. ( In other words, not just 30 fold reduction in individual holding of shares from R/S, but another 50-fold flooding of new shares on top. More precisely current 100 shares will become 3.33 share and after 50 fold dilution pressure on each post R/S shares the valuation of each share becomes 30* (50c to 60c)/50.
So for current retail holders the AEVA investment equity is vanishing, no escape route.

these guys got 40 high impact LIDAR patent granted in 2023 alone - total now 206+,
wonder why they never talk about or issues any PR for general shareholders.

The company maturing and the product may come to market before expected time and in big number.
of course like to see that happening along with respectable SP move.

one interesting part - the insiders never sold any share - interesting - but kind of give confidence to pickup a few and hold. recall their product mass marketing revenue to starts in 2023 end

Progressing with Top-10 OEM: wish they disclose a few of them. don't think they are bluffing. are they? Being in pennyland is a huge downgrade. interesting part institutional investors still holding - but SP being in pennies they may forced to leave as corporate policy.

On the other hand such an heavy hitter high value technology rich company hoovering in OTC trading club with MC only $170M - how and why?

to day and this past weeks activity is either a fluke or the start of a new beginning. seems hoarders holding more shares than issued.
like to see +10c +20c +30c gain a day and SP moving to face value first to be convinced with any positive aspect of this company.
