Good news. Checking the latest presentation on the company site Data for Long covid is expected for summer. A week ago the same slides had results for Q2, which makes me believe something is brewing behind closed doors. Hopefully results will bounce this back to a dollar

It's so strange how that offer was done did Greg put that in place to create shares to give an out for a big institution short here before they start going to run this hard with Phase III IMC-1 and Phase II IMC-2. Strange offer to drop at an all time low in share price and almost seems like this whole scenario was the perfect setup for shorts to exit if this is a negotiated buyout or big partnership about to drop. Made all the shares needed at .20 for a huge, short exodus before a possible share price explosion. One thing I know is the whole thing stinks as this was trading great last year above $2 and its like the rug got pulled on us and CEO did everything a big short institution would ever want. just a possible scenario we are witnessing

Seen this same happen in ARDX CEO did everything for a whole year straight to f all share holders then they rocked from like .50 cents to like $10 this year with a already huge float. CEO mumbled in CC's and did three reverse vote attempts but got shot down in votes.

The CEO has an option I think expiring end of next month to buy 760K shares. If he does it at this low suppressed price he did this on purpose.. I don't think I have ever seen a CEO work against the PPS as hard as this one.
