No, that's not the terms of the warrants. I have held over 20 SPAC warrants post merger. Just started my DD here, but...

The most common early redemption clause is if the stock is trading at or above $18.00 for 20 out of 30 trading days. If the warrant is exercisable, management can issue a 30-day written notice and redeem those warrants early. Expired warrants get redeemed at $0.01 per warrant, so basically worthless. Redemption can be cash or cashless.
Typically, 30 days after merger, you can redeem warrants (sometimes a bit longer as shares need to registered).
The company can not violate their warrant terms as filed.

They do not work the way you think.
You buy the warrants
The company does not want to have the warrants execute because they have to issue new stock.
So once the conversion is done, the company immediately resets the expiration date for warrants to a short time in the future (like a month or two).
They then try to make as many of the Warrants underwater as possible.
After everything is over, they then try to rally the stock.
This does not happen every single time but it happens a lot.

Not sure, I’m not as interested in VACQ’s leadership, nor their competition “space x” I would prefer to wait for their IPO to be a long term investor. Their market cap has less meat than another play I’m in now, and with more DD last night I decided to sell at 14.90 today. I will buy dips and flip, today was interesting but I don’t like a few things about this company and will wait for the scared to sell when they see red.

Were they able to catch the booster in the last launch?
Things I worry about:
New Zealand is a hell of a long ways away to drag all your rocket gear.
The other site is in the USA in Delaware which is good.
There is a god-awful lot of money starting up a rocket business.
