The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities of Digital Assets Mining Companies, as defined below. The Index is a global index that tracks the performance of Digital Assets Mining Companies. Digital Assets Mining Companies are companies that engage in and/or assist digital asset mining activities, including mining-technology companies that provide hardware, software services or other technologies to companies engaged in digital asset mining activities, and companies engaged in digital asset-related projects that facilitate the adoption of digital assets.
