(“Jet.AI” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: JTAI), an innovative private aviation and artificial intelligence company, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors to purchase approximately 15.6 million shares of common stock in a registered direct offering at a purchase price of $0.096 per share. The gross proceeds to the Company from the registered direct offering are estimated to be approximately $1.5 million before deducting the placement agent’s fees and other estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The offering is expected to close on or about October 21, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

      I think I can still name every one of the "crew" on the Phil Silvers Show Sgt, such as Colonel Hall, Captain Barker, Doberman, Zimmerman, Paparelli, Gomez, Fender, Pendleton, Cpl. Henshaw, Rocco and Pvt. Irving Fleischman. The other sargeants were great also.

      The company's business is cool and there is a big need for a world-class reservation system for small airplanes.

      Not really as it is already a overcrowded business model all chasing the same planes.... Might be why anyone who bought in the Reg A offerings are down 99.99% from where they started and Winston has an up to 1000 to one RS approved and ready to slap down anyone who buys above a penny at this point.

      But maybe it hits 25 cents if a new group of pumpsters can move this turd for an hour or two
