The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally before fees and expenses to the performance of the OFI Revenue Weighted ESG Index the underlying index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in the securities of companies included in the underlying index. The underlying index is constructed using a rulesbased methodology to select companies from within the SP 500 Index that have strong environmental social and governance practices and then reweight those companies according to the revenue earned subject to a maximum 5% per company weighting. The Fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying Index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, Invesco Indexing LLC compiles and maintains the Underlying Index. Show more
