Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 29, 2023, BioSig Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into an agreement (the “Agreement”) with SB Technology, Inc., a subsidiary of SandboxAQ (“SandboxAQ”). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company has retained SandboxAQ to provide certain services for the Company in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Agreement.
