I'm not sure if you are sure about what you are talking about. I remove a worthless security held from the 2021 OTC pump to offset my dividend income. Result is pay zero to the IRS. I guess everyone's scenario is different depending on what type of income, gains vs losses.

Management must take the biggest blame for not applying in the EU and one of Canada/USA at the very least. Over 4 years from data lock. No one takes this long. Not even a company of half a dozen people. Diluting close to 500M shares and true ups along the way!

Forgot to mention, most share activity today were sells. Tax write-off time of year.

It's got potential to make another run similar to the most recent on this news alone. Will be interesting to see if it gains momentum. It doesn't seem very likely IMO but still possible.

You can't chart OTC stocks where one person controls everything.

When Sharp posts on X that he is going to file the Form 10 in 2027 - the charts can't predict when these scams are going to post on X or issues a press release.

The same is true for TA on OTC scams.

The volume has been steadily and consistently decreasing since the run in early Dec.

That is not a very good sign.
