I think once the companies merge in that IR will hopefully be taken over by another firm. Look at Button Oil, they have been operating over 100 years and have a reputation to maintain and I guarantee they don't want that as their image. So again, I completely agree with your position and I do not want to delete all that junk, but I am asking you to be patient and try not to poke the IR guy for now so that he doesn't have another episode and drive more people away. I have made the same case to a couple other long investors privately as well who have been raising concerns that are completely valid and correct. I just think and hope that if we are all patient then someone else new will move into the position. Had Thomas Nash been truthful I would have sold and been gone 2 years ago . But he wasn't he lied about uplist he lied about REG A he lied about acquisitions he lied about the amount of kiosk cash had he lied about 2023 revenue I can keep going if you'd like . Literally 95% of all News was a lie . Proof can and will be provided if requested.

Being truthful isn't winning and add if you want it's your company buy up those 100s of millions of shares your dumping.

Only way that is accomplished is via audited finacials. But unfortunately this is the otc and sometimes, if not most, you have to hope you didn't pick a pos ticker headed by a scammer

Get rid of bad actors like xalles and the otc could be a good investment. The millions of dollars into xalles has produced nothing for investors but losses . Crooked CEOs like Thomas Nash should be prosecuted and band from ever being involved in a public company for life.
