Trillium isn't listed as an asset in the latest Q report for QEDN. They announced the acquisition agreement as an LOI, but instead put it into NRGT. Again, without telling shareholders, just as she did with FoodyTV.

I was stunned that she posted the Q2 report just a day after the quarter closed. Let's see how quick she is in posting it for QEDN. It'll be interesting to see what assets she lists as well as the reported revenue.

NRGT posted on OTCM site, a semi-annual report. All the assets shown on the NRGT report are also shown on the QEDN report. So let me get this straight. Both QEDN and NRGT acquired Trillium and by default, Kate gets to report Trillium's assets for both companies? Huh? What?

This is comical. On June 5, Kate announced a 10 ton P.O. secured from Nestle for QEDN Sacha Inchi powder. On June 13, Kate announced Nestle's taste test marketing campaign was a success...97% approval rating. But she is just now submitting a letter of interest for Nestle to study the powder??? Conversely, (ass backwards), Nestle first orders 10 tons of powder, after which they decide to market test it. And after all that...the P.O....the market taste test, now they are going to study the powder??? SMFH!

Yeah, I don't know what she's thinking with NRGT. She transferred Green Mind Solutions to that ticker and "purchased" La Palmichala under it as well. I wouldn't be surprised if that deal doesn't get unwound as well.

Now Trillium, which was supposed to be acquired under QEDN.

Maybe she's planning on abandoning QEDN. Wouldn't that be something.

Without a little company hanky panky and hocus pocus, restricted shares can't come off until at least 6 months. So, the timeframe fits.

I haven't been keeping tabs on the restricted share counts, to see if there's a transfer to the unrestricted count.

Can't be proven, at least not yet, but those 440mil shares issued in February, 2023 to Kate and daughter -- though still restricted as of March 31, 2024 -- they may have come off restriction since then. Just an opinion, but Kate and her daughters need to eat and pay bills...hoping liquidity picks up and ask slapping picks up. Maybe that's why she says "Thank you to our loyal shareholders for their support."

I bet shareholders can't wait for the benefits of QEDN acquiring FoodyTV to show up.

it's just my opinion. But, I think we're stuck in trips until next year. Kate can normally pump QEDN with the normal meetings and revenue projections. However, Kate really pinned herself in a corner with this promise of a 9 figure deal. And that ridiculous statement that all the hard work has finally paid off. The only way out of trips, is if a NESTLE deal comes through. But if there were any form of a NESTLE deal around the corner, why would Kate be wasting her time with this other crap. If one were on the horizon of launching a product with NESTLE, that would be a huge endeavor. One that would require all of Kate's time and resources. You will know when QEDN has hit rock bottom once Kate starts uploading dog videos on twitter again.
