I look at the global economic situation and realize PSPW has probably been or will soon be abandoned. If we hear nothing this month… it’s dead.

I also think the audits should be completed already. If you look at the filing history that the 10-K usually is filed in July. Just like Future said before, they are trying to settle merger details recently. Really hope to see the merger news and filings very very soon. God bless us all loyal longs. Go, PSPW !!!!!!

It's a penny stock play for risk verses reward. You shouldn't own PSPW if you cant afford to loose. That's the game.

Falak has changed directions but has not given up. I know for a fact Filings were held up due to audits. I will hold my shares until end of year. I have a large chunk of gains I dont want to pay taxes on so PSPW will off set it. We are not dead yet.
