You don't seem to unstand that charts do lie when used on a stock that is being manipulated by the insiders.
It is impossible to use charts or TA on scams like Mullen.

You can't do charting or TA on a scam where the insiders are manipulating the price.

MULN closed down 6.68 percent on Friday, August 23, 2024, on 9.95 times normal volume. Due to the stock's strong downtrend, it may remain oversold for a while. So, if you're looking for a reason to buy, don't put too much weight on it being oversold.

But it isn't oversold - Preferred shares are being converted and dumped.

Considering the volume and the apparent OS, the movement was inconsequential.
You were lucky, you can't chart dilution.

There would be a hard to borrow fee - Mullen isn't on the Reg SHO Threshold List.

Since the price is below $2.50 for every share you borrow to short you have to put $2.50 into your margin account - that means if you borrow 1 million shares to short you will need $2.5 Million in your margin account.
