They do not. He clearly has not read the amendment or has, and does does not understand what it says. Does he think they forgot to state in a Press Release they aquired ownership of Foxo, if that was indeed true.

You are the one that is posting what you think is a certainty. And you're asking me to prove something that the CEO never officially said, or has stated in any report.

Did anyone try to put pencil to paper for this 22 million note due in two years that bears 8% for the first 6 months and goes up to 12% for the balance of the term and carries a 20% default rate and upon this default will be converted dollar for dollar in shares for outstanding principal and accrued interest???? I did. Payment 1 through of 995,000 per month thru the first 6 months and then jumps to payments $1,025,986.75 for the balance of the term which will be 18 month. So FOXO is supposed to make payments of no less than 10% of FCF which will have to be FCF of $10,259,868 per month. So let just say they are running at a FCF of 20% revenue, that's 50 million per month such that free cash flow is supposed to be 10.2 million per month to make one monthly payment. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!! Don't even get me started on what the payment will need to be when the rate jumps to 12%. This is just a not so cleverly designed mechanism for the insiders to line their pockets with stock with toxic preferred stock conversions that you know they will sell as soon as those shares are issued just to stop the 20% interest rate from accruing interest on the unpaid note balance which will still be 22 million plus all that accrued interest.

Worst stock deal ever for anyone holding either FOXO or RNVA.
