Well isn’t that interesting. Nasdaq processed the reverse split but still sent a delisting notice and the company still has to request a hearing.

So the possibility still exists that Nasdaq will delist regardless of the RS and share price.

Let’s see what they do…although I expect they will just say…oh you got back to compliance…carry on. The Nasdaq Capital Market has become a joke.

What is now just so weird to think about is that I was actually once a VERY strong believer in MULN at one time. Seriously I really was. I remember when they were doing all of those on-site demonstrations all around the country where you could actually go and actually look and ride and (most importantly) actually DRIVE one of their cars. That really did impress me a lot and I started to buy their shares. I actually bought a LOT of their shares BUT then all of the red flags (talk of a reverse stock split) started to be raised and that did it for me. I immediately sold ALL of my shares the very next day. I have learned that once your gut says that it is time to sell then it is time to sell. I really do feel sorry for anyone still invested in MULN but at least I can honestly say that I tried VERY hard to warn people about what I just knew was going to happen. Take care my friend.

Actually some of the SMART people actually DID make a profit with MULN. I made a profit of over $5,000.00 by selling all of my shares of MULN for $3.45 per share once I heard that the very FIRST reverse stock split was going to happen. I knew then that it was time to get out and I tried to tell (WARN) everyone else too. Some people listened to me and also make a profit and some didn't. Oh well. You just can't save everyone no matter how hard you try to do so. Enjoy your week-end my friend.
