Pursuant to Directive 2004/109/EC, as amended (the "EU Transparency Directive"), the Issuer confirms that as of 9 August 2016, the Netherlands is the Issuer's 'Home Member State' (as such term is defined in the EU Transparency Directive) and that its previous election of Portugal as its 'Home Member State' is no longer valid.

This is a mandatory announcement as required by the EU Transparency Directive, under which issuers of securities admitted to trading on a regulated market within the European Union are required to publicly announce their Home Member State for purposes of their disclosure obligations under the EU Transparency Directive.
