Even at $10, that would be 90% or more off the base price. That is a huge discount and likely wouldn't be profitable for the most potent topical antibiotic in the world according to Otiko. $15-30 range for huge orders would be more likely IMO.

What I like to still see is that the float as updated from 3/2024 still shows a little over 900 million shares. So not too bad in my opinion.

It could be as much as Dr Otiko would want if the facility could handle and we have the money to pay for the order since I doubt any FDA approved production facility will make the product out of the kindness of their hearts…

Proof will be next quarter when the August order of 500k units shows up. The revenue for the Oct order of the additional 500k units will show up on the following quarter. I don't know what the manufacturing capacity is for Viaderma but hoping we get another large order in addition to the two 500k orders.

The stock price will jump when the first 500k shows up on the books, which will be next quarter. The Oct 500k will show up in the quarter after that.
We'll have a better idea of the cost of each unit when we see the revenue next quarter. In any event, the company is moving in the right direction in a very big way with the deals coming out of Africa and the hiring of sales people and the CTO. I never had a lot of confidence in the company but the deals coming out of the Dubai meetings changed me completely.

So for the gamblers and speculators out there, now is the time to double down. There is a small window until Q3 before unit sale revenues will be reported. After that, expect to chase the stock past .03. If Q4 then reports another 500k units, the stock could finally breakout and make a new high. If partnerships with any reputable pharmaceutical companies gets reported (as per the PR: "the company is exploring joint ventures with established pharmaceutical companies", coupled with the unit sales, look out. You are still reading and believing what he is saying exactly on a PR. You must be new in here. Anyone in here, dealing with OTIKO for more than 3 years, knows he won’t go by the book on wha he says on a PR. You keep saying quantity sold… I am telling you, he knows how much he will get off this deal but per accounting principles, his CPA won’t let him disclosures such until he gets money on hand; And such wont happen immediately. Year review he will disclosure $$$ guaranteed

Well again and no disrespect, but going back to PR, you are incorrect. We will find out what the first shipments value to the company was as per the below excerpt from yesterday’s PR:

Again, you are getting more confusing! I never said this to be sold individually or to consumers!!! Read again what I said. Next, again, he can’t put in the financial sheet a money that he doesn’t have on hand yet. See, it doesn’t work like that even though they settled a deal. So if you want to find out how much specifically was gained from this first shipment, you will need to reach Otiko himself, an insider or like I was trying to explain, once money is on hand, such results will be posted in the financials….. The yearly one because in deals like this, overseas, it is given 1-2 months in order to properly distribute the product, etc. It is normally no paid on front. Knowing OTIKO’s delays, he isn’t going to put this on the quarter. He will add results on the year review

It would have been nice if the company would have stated the revenue amount of this order, instead of the units sold. As well as projected future revenue. That’s what public companies do.

As of now, the market hasn’t responded the way some thought it would.

It’s all about promoting your company and this one doesn’t know how to do so. The PPS should be $.03+ by now.

Also highly doubt your valuing for the sale of the product since it should be at bare minimum in my estimation at least $15 - $25 a bottle. But I guess we will have to wait and see what the actual selling price was for each bottle.

Anyway it goes, $ Millions of dollars in new found revenue’s once proven and verifiable is YUUUUUUGE and will surely draw a crowd with FOMO at some point. Just my opinion, but heck, what would I know anyway.

I believe it is you who is incorrect since the product was sold to Nigeria or an entity in Nigeria as per the PR and not being sold individually to consumers. So whether the government or some company in Nigeria purchased the 500k bottles in October and 500k more bottles in November, that price of each sale would have already been discussed and known. The bigger question is when and if they receive the money!

You got me confused by the way you are thinking. Not sure how are you expecting ViaDerma to provide you such numbers if the product hasn’t been sold in the market. See, we don’t know if it was provided to the government or private sector in Nigeria but either way, in those countries, normally you don’t get the check right away. You give 1-2 months!!! I used to work in the pharmaceutical industry overseas, I know a few things on these deals. Now, OTIKO definitely knows how much he will be making off the 500K shipment deal for sure but he can’t put such thoughts on a quarterly report without manifestation; otherwise he would be cooking the books… You don’t want to be caught doing such. Anyways, I expect him to provide such results, including 2nd shipment, in the year review. He is always delayed on such and this time won’t be different. Now, how much per item this will be sold? Definitely won’t be less than $2 but I don’t expect it to be more $5 per bottle or item. If it would be in the states, yes, $30+ but in these countries, they won’t over $10 dollars per bottle. ViaDerma is doing well with the license deals alone… We are profitable with such, this will be multiple cents by Christmas for sure

Your feelings are warranted. Brewer group is making money off of re-branded original Vitastem. Doubt any money comes to VDRM except maybe some licensing fee to use the formula. I’m not sure if Otikos manufacturer is making the product for Brewer but I would think they are. It’s obvious that the market no longer believes or trusts Otiko. The revenues from the supposed sale of product will have to show on the next financials to verify shipment and payment received before the investment community will POSSIBLY believe it and POSSIBLY start to move the needle North.

And the other issue is that it seems like
Mr Jack Brewer, the former NFL football player seems to somehow be involved with the whole scam via the Brewer Group where it seems they have been making money off of Viaderma’s product all the while giving the investors in here the shaft since we don’t share in any of those revenues from product sold via the Brewer Group.

No one believes the Wolf Crying Nigerian Prince anymore. He said in a PR that all debt was paid off years ago and here he is claiming he still owes more than $1 million outstanding. So with that, no one believes the bullshit anymore and in my honest opinion will take audited revenues by a reputable firm or a partnership/deal with a legitimate pharmaceutical company in order to see traction. Sad to say since I have been invested for many years in here, but that seems to be the going consensus now.

Should be $15 million or more if at $30 per bottle and at a big wholesale discount but we'll have to wait for Q3 fins. $30 million in revs if 1,000,000 are shipped. IMO

yeah - I had the same reaction. I would rather hear about all those other potential applications AFTER they had established strong recurring revenues from the existing product.

You are completely wrong about that..go search otiko and wound pros...he has been registering businesses in several new states for wound pros which probably will benefit vdrm due to licensing deals in other states
